How is this process done?

You choose the amount of money you want to invest and the purpose: rental, sale, residence, etc. We help you choose the properties and make the purchase contract between you and the owner and accompany all procedures, including after-sale support, such as rental or residence process.

What is the service fee for your work?

We charge 10% of the value of your investment in real estate.

Can I buy anywhere in Brazil?

Yes, we offer you to start in Santa Catarina, but we can assist you in
any region of the country.

Do I need to travel to Brazil to make the purchase?

No, we can do everything for you from here, but if you would like to visit we will accompany you here and show you the property you chose and other options.

How much do I need to invest in real estate in order to obtain residency in Brazil and what other documents will I need?

Basically, the value of the investment should exceed one million Reais (187,000 US$ or €174,000 aprox.) and you will need a simple list of documents such as a passport, a document of absence of criminal record, etc.

How long does the buying and selling process take with and
without a residency request?

From 1 to 6 months, it depends on the property, the documentation procedures and transactions.
